CHILDRENS MEDITATION
Gentle Mediation for children

The sessions start and finish with simple exercises to help with the 10 minute guided meditation.
Adults are welcome to join in too!
Help Children with; Falling asleep at bedtimes, dealing with emotions, releasing negative thoughts and behaviours, getting along with others and much more.
These sessions are fun and enjoyable for the children whilst improving their health and wellbeing. Join one of the classes and experience the benefits to yourself.
